When to switch from weight loss to building muscle
For those of you who lost fat before starting to do strength training, at what body fat % did you make that transition? I am fairly slim on legs and arms (still 30% fat according to scales) but have been at a deficit since the beginning of the year and been hovering around the same weifhtbfor a couple of months now having…

Intermittent fasting- just an acceptable way of starving yourself?
I’ve noticed a few people saying that they are combining different types of IF diet (doing 5:2 and 16:8 for example) or limiting their eating window to a very short time. Exercises for a Saggy/negative bum problem
I'm not sure how to describe my shape but even when I'm skinny, my hips aren't much bigger than my waist. I'm a bit like a pole with boobs. I also have always had a non existent bum. And now I'm a bit older, it's a bit saggy. Hit me with exercises- I would love a bubble butt. Even just a tiny one.

Activity tracker recommendations?
I'm looking for a tracker, preferably waterproof and with HR monitor. Also like the idea of a watch battery rather than having to charge it. I'm mainly into running. Also would like it to have automatic sleep tracking. Have been looking at moov now and speedo misfit shine but neither have heart rate.

Recommendations for accurate scales?
My bathroom scales are terrible- can anyone recommend good but inexpensive scales. Are there any inexpensive scales out there that do a good job of measuring body fat %?
