When figuring TDEE
In the TDEE calculator it asks if you are light active1-3 days a week or moderate 3-5 days a week. My workout 6 days a week may not qualify the same as another persons 6 day workout as far as calories burned. Calories left over
Is 300 calories left over after excercise too much? I am allowed 1200 a day...usually eat 1200 but then I walk for an hour and "earn" back usually 300-400 or aroung that. Plateau
I hate hitting plateaus...grrrrr! Stuck at 18 lbs off and it has been a week and not budged. I read that you shouldn't go below a certain amount of calories or your metabolism will slow way down to preserve the amount you are getting..kinda like a hibernation.
