Favourite & Worst Excercise
What's everyone's favourite and worst exercise? My Favourite is either squat or chess press as I find it easy and enjoy big weights with these exercises. Worst is pull ups or Jumping/leaping lunges, trying to improve my pull ups and my heart races when doing leaping lunges not to mention my legs ache.

Callipers Body Fat %
Just had my bf% measured by callipers and i'm shocked as the machine I use to weigh myself said I was 24% however the callipers showed I was actually 16.2%. This is fantastic as my goal was 15% bf.
