I have found it hard to just lift and lose weight mainly down to accuracy of my deficit, I have tightened up but also added cardio on workout days to speed things up.

Missed Tuesdays workout but did it yesterday after a long day of standing up at an exhibition all day :(, today will be more of the same all day at an exhibition followed by Wednesdays workout!
