See now we are all over our fear of the workout lets do it! All those push ups are definitely shaping my upper body! Just the gut im not happy with those love handles got to go I can see my upper abs and I have a much flatter stomach but the stubborn belly fat is my only enemy at this point.

Interesting, I do think that once I finishe Insanity and rest for a week my weight will drop rapidly (Well I hope) that seems to be the pattern in the past when I have a break I tend to lose.

Yea thats true weighed in this morning and im 1lb up on last week, if I continue to go up another pound next week then I will need to adjust slightly and re *kitten* again. Hopefully i'll figure out what's best for my body and get the weight going down again.

MAx Cardio tonight for me I hope im rested Ready to attack week 2 month 2 gained 1lb from increasing my calories which was to be expected just need to be consistent this week and hopefully my metabolism will speed up and get me back to losing those pounds as well as inches.

In the last 30 days of insanity no weight lost maybe 0.5lbs if that but none gained. I am looking leaner in the chest and shoulders for sure as well as my thighs and calfs. I would try not to split the workout but if it can't be helped do it in the same day Morning/evening. It is exhausting and long but worth it because it makes the max workouts seem easier and shorter after that long session. I don't envy anyone waking that early to function and travel. You can do it guys.

Did it yesterday and it killed me especially after the fit test! Burned a hell of a lot of Kcals over 1000 I stopped a lot and had to go slow then build up speed, the push up jack moves are ridiculous but i'm ready today and should do better seen as there is no fit test before hand. I did feel to stop but I pushed through.

I can only wish someone gave me this advice early on when losing weight was easy. Find out your TDEE - 20% and eat that amount.
