  • Getting better at Cardio & Core Balance, I was tired today but still done it after a long day out! Think I finally sorted my diet for month 2 as well finally after so much conflicting information...

  • Another day of Cardio Core & Balance, really enjoyed it yesterday apart from it making my obliques burn they were so sore afterwards. Same again today, i'm using this week to perfect my diet for the next month, looking for recipes and convenience food which fits my aim of lowering my carbs to 150g a day.

  • Cardio Core & Balance is still a nice light workout. My average HR is not as high but still getting a decent workout, I know its the calm before the storm though. 5more workouts till month 2

  • Should have been cardio recovery but swaped it and did it yesterday so today was pylo cardio and I pushed through it quite well with minor stoppages. I have a cold and after the workout was the best I felt all day... 2more days hard work the recovery week which looks pretty active!

  • I'm at week 4 day 4 and from the comments so far I should look forward to month 2 as thats where the biggest change happens. I noticed in week 2 improved fitness, my recovery is very quick i'm waiting for my muscles to catch up to my fitness level.
  • Well done to all those who pushed through tiredness and fatigue to do the workout. Cardio recovery for me today give my thigh muscles, glutes and calves a much needed rest.
  • Hey don't feel discouraged just modify and push through, I would say most people will find it hard first time round. The people in the dvd believe me have done it enough times to get it right and they still have to take breaks themselves. Just push as much as you can and that is good enough.

  • Looking forward to Cardio Power & Resistance today week 4 day 2 I think its my favourite moving push ups, globe jumps I seem to have a good tolerance when exhausted. I feel so energised compared to Mon – Wed last week.

  • I am hoping this is th case for me too, stuck at 202 -204lbs doing insanity and I think im getting leaner in the mirror can't wait to compare measurements when im done.

  • OP you may be eating to little and retaining water or not losing as you are not fueling your body sufficiently. Its definitely 80% or more diet... Knowledge is a usefool tool I found this site really helpfull www.builtlean.com

  • Cardio Power & Resistance today for me its also my favourite. Not a fan of Cardio abs the whole slow down in pace from pure cardio is welcome but to drastic of a change. its hard to keep the effort up all the way through cardio abs.
