Today I tried Danio yoghurt by Danone. Omg guys it's immense!!! Amazing flavour and texture!! Tastes such a treat!! No fat, high protein! Way to go :D so happy !!

    hmmm...Is that like Dannon yogurt here in the States? Is it Greek. I love me some greek yogurt! :)

    they use more milk, and strain it so its extra thick! :)

    You have to be careful with a lot of these drinks as many are loaded with sugar so nutritional value can be distorted.

    it's a high protein no fat yoghurt not a drink... the sugar content is logged.

    Just discovered these they are awesome!

    Sugar intake shouldn't be a worry at all as long as its tracked.
