Body fat calculation ?????? HELP???
O.K so I have a rather fancy expensive scales that i never use to its potential But I weighed this morning like I do every morning ....... Bad I know but its now habit Anyway I also did my body fat and it said the 49% of my BODY IS FAT AND 7% VISCULOR :noway: That has 2 be bad hasnt it????? Im unsure really sooo any help…

hi, I have kept in my daily allowances, gone over a lot in protein. But seem to always double my sugar juts wondered if it would affect weight loss by doing so if tho I am within my calories?????? Any help would be appreciated thanks :flowerforyou: x

Hi, Im new to all this first day 2day. So far a lil puzzled already lol Im in minus points with my protein??? But still have like over 800 calories left does it make a difference if I go over on the protein if as long as I dont go over mt calories???? Please help caroline x
