It has taken me a couple of weeks to get the hang of low GI. For the first week, I wasn't really following it right, didn't lose weight. I have been on mfp since the end of January, but the doctor changed my diet last week to vegan for health issues. I'm doing okay on this, but I do have some questions for people who have done this a while.
