Hello everyone, I have been using My fitness pal for 9 weeks now and it has helped me a whole lot! I have lose 9 lbs. My husband started dieting and working out with me about 4 weeks ago and has lost 15lbs. How is this possible. I need a little encuragement.
OK... I have another question... What kind of scale is better a digital one or a dial one.. I currently have a digital scale and can get on it and weigh one thing, then step right back off and on because not sure I read it right and will gain 3lbs. any suggestions as to which type of scale works best.
