Hi everyone, I'm new on this site b/c I normally track on my itouch. I'm a stay at home mom of a 2 year old, will be 39 this year, struggling to lose about 10 lbs. I have hypothyroidism, I workout everyday for at least an hour, eat pretty well but have recently noticed that my fat intake is probably higher than it should…
