just listen to your body. I was feeling the same way, really run down and getting kinda burnt out on working out and I decided to take a full day off the other day and it helped.

definitely not, I would watch carbs, fat and sodium as well. When I started doing this, calories made no difference for me, it was in the carbs and fat that helped me to start losing weight.

I looked at your food diary and some days were pretty good, I would say to eat more protein and less carbs. I watched calories up and down for so long and honestly, the calories didn't make a big difference for me. I started watching my carbs and fat, no more than 140 grams of carbs a day and no more than 40 grams of fat a…

watch your carb and fat content, keep the carbs down to 130-140grams a day and no more than 40grams of fat a day. Calories made no difference with me but had to watch those things. I have hypothyroidism too, have you made sure your levels are normal? If not, you won't lose any weight.

I don't really have a lot of suggestions but I don't eat back my exercise calories and have lost 20 lbs in the last few months but I also don't probably make it to 1200 calories a day some days either (I'm under that) are you watching your fat and carbs? I keep my fat to under 30% a day and keep my carbs under 40% a day…

I don't eat many of them. My RMR is only 1277 so sometimes I do eat some of them but my personal trainer said you really shouldn't eat them all anyway, especially if you're not up into your higher zones. I'm in pretty good shape and even just doing a light workout on the elliptical won't get me to even zone 1 so I never…

I haven't read ALL of the other posts so someone might have already recommended this but I would recommend limiting your carbs and protein. I workout 6 days a week and ate somewhat healthy for a year and a half and lost nothing then when I cut back on my carbs and fat, I dropped 12 lbs in about 2 months. I have my carbs…

I always take my meds in the morning on an empty stomach and the last time I had my thyroid checked, it was normal. I'm like pilotgirl though, my thyroid isn't that bad either. I'm on 75 of levo. I will try to eat more, I guess that could be part of my problem is that since I lowered my fat grams and carbs and more…

does it help you lose weight? I finally have lost 5 lbs in the last month after basically being stuck since about 6 months after I had my son!
