I am going to back to this approach but still going to use boards for support over the last god knows how many years its the only thing that has worked, I think because I had binge eating problems in the past dieting or calorie counting sends me the opposite way, Ha snayone done this approach?

Hi am new to this and wondered I walk 15 minutes to and from work each day should I log this on mfp?
