Hi am new to this and wondered I walk 15 minutes to and from work each day should I log this on mfp?

I (personally) wouldn't since that's part of your typical daily routine.
I think walking is great exercise. I like to walk, but I only count planned vigorous/paced walking. Not the basic walking to and from point A to point B (i.e working, grocery store, mailbox, etc)0 -
Take a longer route to work every bit more helps, I walk my dog for an hour each day and MPT says that 300 calories burned, 15 minutes isn't much.0

No. It's not enough calories to worry about, so it's not worth taking the risk of over-eating your exercise calories.0
