Emotional Eating
I am notoriously an emotional eater. Does anyone have any ideas about how to avoid eating when you are doing it because you are emotional? I could really use some ideas because I know it is a part of my eating issues.

Meal Fail
Well, today I already fell off the caloric-intake wagon. What do you do when you have one of those un-ignorable urges for, oh say, a 600 calorie chocolate bar? Me? I caved. I ate it. And didn't put it in my food journal, even though I know I should. I just...feel like I totally suck today.

Hey all! I opened this account for the food journal and have been lurking around the boards for a few days and so I thought it proper to introduce myself.
