Not losing weight, what am I doing wrong?
I have been exercising doing zumba twice a week. Each night 60 minutes. Riding my elliptical for 20 minutes twice a week. I am trying to stay on 1200 to 1300 calories. I haven't lost any weight in 3 weeks. I have been eating healthy, with two light snacks, fruits, eating lots of vegetables, etc. Help me with suggestions?
