I just started this program and don't know much about all of this. I do well staying under calories, carbs and fat but I always go over with protein. I don't eat any red meat. I do eat diary and white meat occasionally. Can I still loose weight being over with protein? Thanks!!
I know that on here it tracks Calories, Carbs, Fat and Protein. I find it easy to stay under or around the calorie intake per day - but how do you do that will also staying under or around the goals for Carbs, Fats, and Protein?? Is it possible to stay under all of them without really knowing all of them before hand??…
