Calories, Carbs, Fat and Protein - question

I know that on here it tracks Calories, Carbs, Fat and Protein. I find it easy to stay under or around the calorie intake per day - but how do you do that will also staying under or around the goals for Carbs, Fats, and Protein?? Is it possible to stay under all of them without really knowing all of them before hand?? Also, can you still loose weight being under with Calories but over in one of the other areas?? Thanks!!!
