ROASTED ASPARAGUS
Just tried this yesterday & it is deelish! Here's how I fixed it: Preheat oven to 350 degrees a. Rinse asparagus spears off & pat dry with paper towel so they don't steam. b. What do you do when you are hungry & your calorie intake is almost to the daily limit? This evening was that way for me. It's the first time since I started MFP that it happened.
