Went to the doctor today. He said I was his star patient. Cholesterol is 196 and my AiC is 5.6. Couldn't find anything wrong with me and I lost 4 pounds since I was there two weeks ago. My blood pressure is 99 over 65 and my sugar is staying before 100 all of the time. I love it!!! Not bad for almost 65.

Great numbers! I am 65 and just had a good blood chemistry report as well as a clean colonoscopy (my dad had colon cancer) and a negative mammogram (my mother and grandmother had breast cancer) so all of those were a big relief.
