I work in a very Hot Kitchen, averages around 50 degrees in there. I am on my feet consistently for about 7-13 hours straight, and I am constantly moving about, preparing food, carrying things up stairs and cleaning. I was curious into how many calories do I burn doing this.
I was doing really good until Christmas and now I cant seem to get back into my routine.. I have put on a whole stone and I am desprite to lose it or near it for my Birthday coming up in 5 Weeks.
