25 days of cardio
I know that many of workout way more than I do! I need some accountability partners. I am committing to 25 days of cardio (at least 30 minutes a day). Do you log your veggies?
When I did Weight Watchers, I could eat all the veggies I wanted without logging them. Should I log them in MFP?
