I started 30 Day Shred a little over a week ago (I have been exercising before but mostly cardio) and I have done level 1 for 7 days. Since then I have lost 2 lbs and then gained it back again 2 or 3 days later. Any idea what that is about? I'm guessing it's not muscle since it is too soon for that, but is it just water…
