How many calories can eat?
According to this site I should only eat about 1230 calories and when I look around to what the average 36 yr old woman should eat it tells me 2230 for daily intake. Is the count that I get here because it calculates the number according to the pounds I want to loose during the week?

Figuring fat calories?
I exchanged my calorie watch for one that also has a pedometer but this new watch gives me the fat calories that I burned not the regular calories burned. I don't know how to change that calculation to regular calories, does anyone know? I'm thinking of doing an exchange again if I can figure this out.

MBR????
I have a question... If my MBR is 1575 at sedetary mode for the day, should I use that as my daily goal? Or should I use less than that so I can loose weight? Sorry if it sounds dumb...LOL...I am new and trying to figure this out...Help!!
