I am so picky with my tortillas that I will rather cut down than change it to a lower calorie tortilla. I usually eat the 50 calorie ones, and just watch the rest of my intake for the day. Good luck!

I have noticed that the elliptical I use at the gym gives me a very low number..and when I get off it I feel like I burned twice the amount it gives me! I think I will take my calorie reader there too just to make sure I am getting an accurate read. If the machine can't really be trusted.

That is a good question!! My is the same way, it doesn't know my weight either. And I have been going by that but never thought about it!! I bought me a watch that reads my calories when I am doing the wii, maybe I will use that one for me. Maybe you should get one too! It runs between $30 to $60 at Kmart. I got the one in…

I am considered obese since I am over 30 lbs my weight limit. I am doing 1500 a day so that I could loose lbs instead of maintaining my current weight.

Thanks for the mbr info!! I looked mine up and it says 1575 instead of 1220 as recommended here..I think I will do 1500 for a month and go from there. Thank you so much for this helpful information!!

Thanks everyone! I think I will change my weekly lost to 1lb and check out my bmi. I really want to loose the weight and change my life style!
