aerobic base mileage question
Hi! I just began training for my 2nd marathon and have been told a little bit about the importance of building up a good mile "base." Can someone please help me understand how to do this and what it does for my body? Thanks so much in advance!

Hi! I recently completed Insanity and loved it! Got amazing results :) I'm stronger, faster, lighter and just all around in better shape than I've been in a long time. How's the Asylum? Thinking of getting it and would love to hear from those of you who are in it right now.
