So what would be a good website or source for lifting weights at home? I have free weights ranging from 5-60lbs but don't really know what to do, any suggestions would be more then welcome. Thank you!

Holy body fat!
I just went and calculated my body fat percentage using fat 2 fit radio and I guess I have been in denial.
