Honestly as for tips, these are things that have helped me: 1. Take medication regularly and get checked to make sure levels stay where they should 2. Exercise, it makes me feel better and helps boost a slowed metabolism (HIIT, Running, Weights) 3. Eat regularly, I eat 6 meals a day, and never skip breakfast 4. I eat a lot…

1800 doesn't seem like to much to me but maybe that's because I have been eating 1900-2200 calories a day up to 3000 and losing weight with max workouts of 30ish minutes 5-7 days a week

Wow, good job, and I would have to agree with you on pregnancy weight gain, I blamed my back ache and sore knees on my 1st baby but really when you gain 60lbs and are 280 lbs those areas will hurt.
-
Thank you all very much

I have been on synthroid for 12 yrs. In those 12 yrs I've gained and lost and gained and lost, had some kids. But in the last 8 months by choosing healthier foods (about 1900-2100 calories worth) and moving a minimum of 30 mins a day have lost 43lbs, I think as long as your meds are stable and you figure out what will work…

My old boss asked me, "are you going on a trip?" And I replied, " not that I know of, why?" And he said "most people only loss weight when they are going on a holiday somewhere warm" and I just laughed and said nope just sick of me sick and tired

Thank you guys, I will definitely check all of those out. I do wish that the gym was an option for me but at this point it is not, so I will have to make due

I drink tea, the flavour sometimes helps and I get to sip and enjoy it

Your sodium intake is fairly high in my opinion, eat less processes food, but more calories.
-
Eating more often, 5-6 times a day and walking/running. Oh and sleep, now that my youngest is sleeping better.
-
Lift and eat
-
Great change!

I looked at your diary, if you are counting everything you are eating, I would say you need to up your calorie intake a bit. When I upped my calorie intake to around 2000 calories and ate at regular intervals my cravings to binge became less frequent

I have a Norditrack incline trainer and I love it, I bought it on sale 3 years ago and have used it at least 3-5days a week since. Yes they could be a little pricey but it fits well in my living room (it is shorter then a regular treadmill) and it is great for training for Trail runs since it has a large incline. P.S when…
