Anyone do Ripped in 30 plus additional cardio/ weight traing
Hi all - this is my first post, yikes! I'm doing JM Ripped in 30, just finished week 2, day 3, and doing additional cardio 4x a week. Was wondering if anyone did additional cardio also and had good result. What about heavier lifting? I'm considering doing cardio 2x week, weight training 2x a week, is this too much?
