Input wanted
I am a 47 yo female. I work 12 hr midnights at a hospital. I have hypothroid px for which I take medication. I weigh 180 lbs. In the past 10 months I have completed p90x an insanity. No wt loss but a loss of 10pm. Any ideas for wt loss? I am watching the Amt of calorie intake closer than before.I feel I must be doing…
