It's been 69 days and I'm one third of the way to my goal weight. I've only exercised once and that was so I could eat Buffalo wild wings without going over. Only 60lbs to go. I hope it keeps coming off.

Progress
Today is day 46 of my using MFP. I have done zero exercise. All I've done is count calories. As of today I've lost 22.8 pounds. I'm averaging 1.5 pounds every five days. My daily caloric limit right now is 1550. Also I haven't given up any sweets, I just religiously log what I eat and stay under my limit. I hope this gives…

Need motivation?
I've been watching The Weight Of The Nation on HBO. Wow. That's a big motivator. Not just to see the poor people, but the doctors on the show cover all aspects of obesity and health side effects.
