Today is day 46 of my using MFP. I have done zero exercise. All I've done is count calories. As of today I've lost 22.8 pounds. I'm averaging 1.5 pounds every five days. My daily caloric limit right now is 1550. Also I haven't given up any sweets, I just religiously log what I eat and stay under my limit. I hope this gives encouragement to those struggling.
