All over this site people are saying you will go into starvation mode if you go below 1200 calories but I wonder does that hold true for someone who has alot of excess fat (100+ lbs.)? Calorie count and need to lose ALOT of weight.
For those of you who have lost a significant amount of weight, 100+ pounds, what was your calorie intake? I'm hearing too low is not good but what is too low when you have so much weight to lose? I know in general you shouldn't go under 1200. I'm especially interested in calorie levels for those doing lower carb lifestyle.…

Coconut Oil and Weight Loss
I have read that coconut oil can aid in weight loss and losing belly fat. I have been using it for a coupl of weeks but it does not seem to be helping much. I do feel less hungry when taking it but the added calories from the oil seem to negate the effect. I have alot of weight to lose....over 150 lbs. Should coconut oil…
