Is it bad to go over your protein allowance? Does too much protein hinder your weight loss?

Sedentary, Lightly Active, Active, etc...Which do I choose?
When setting up my profile which do I choose? I have an office job for 8 hours per day and plan to workout 3-5 days per week. I sit most of the day....do I choose sedentary or lightly active because I plan to workout? Please help :)

A few Questions About Calories.....
As I lose weight will MFP automatically adjust my calories? As I lose weight will I be expected to eat more clories or less? I had my settings set to lose 11/2 lbs per week and MFP told me to eat 1200 cals per day (w/o exercise). I didnt feel like I was eating enough so I set it to the recommended 1 lb per week. Now MFP…
