I'm so frustrated! I swear everyday I say "ok, today's the day. I'm going to get with the program and eat healthy until I hit my goal weight!" Then, without fail I screw up around dinner and snack time...its like I don't have will power or something! haha! Any suggestions on how I can make it through my evenings at home…
What do you all do to help fend off that "after 8:00" sweet tooth? I do great all day and ruin it all by having a major lack of self control later in the evening!!!
I used 1 packet of the Instant Starbucks coffee. I think it was medium roast. Just plain, no flavor in it. I can't seem to find the nutrution fact anywhere! If anyone could help me with this it would be of much help, Thanks!
