Insanity Challange Help
Hello, My name is Laci. Im 28 years old and I recently started the Insanity 60 day challange. Im currently on week 4 and only lost 4 pounds. Am I doing something wrong? I'm 5,2, 147lbs (solid), and my goal weight is 130.... Please help.
