Insanity Challange Help

Hello,

My name is Laci. Im 28 years old and I recently started the Insanity 60 day challange. Im currently on week 4 and only lost 4 pounds. Am I doing something wrong? I'm 5,2, 147lbs (solid), and my goal weight is 130.... Please help.

  • 4 lbs is good lol. You probably won't lose much weight at all, but when it's all said and done you will look amazing. I'm entering week 4 and I hardly lost 4 lbs but I can see results coming through. I hear it's the 2nd month that does the trick.

    No nothing your doing wrong. I didn't lose that many pounds the whole 60 days but I didn't have a lot to lose. I did lose lots of inches, so take more stock in that!
  • I am on week 3 of Insanity and have not lost too much either. But I am losing inches as I am toning my body. Also eat lean meats only such as tilapia, salmon, chicken, and turkey. Eat healthy carbs only like fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. Cut out any coffee and carbonated drinks and with this combination you will see amazing results. It is not all about the weight lost. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Measuring is a must!!! You may be losing more inches than weight. :)
