Anybody use Sportypal
Does any body use sportypal for GPS logging? I've been using it some time and think it is quite good as phone applications go. I have found it usefull for tracking my fitness progress and history of external exercise. If you've not tried it i would suggest giving it a go.

Motivated Again At Last.
10 years ago is was fit and healthy, yep blew that out of the window (became a publican!); 4 years ago i got my self motivated and forced off 4 stone. Being pleased with my self I relaxed..... oh what a mistake 4years aparently=3stone.... Time to start again, once again a four stone target, prefurably by the shortest route…
