Calorie help
Hi! I am new to MFP and am in need of help. I am 5'3 170 lbs. my goal is 140. I set my loss at 2 lbs a week which comes up 1200 calories. I checked 1 lb a week and that is 1300 a day. I exercise 5-6 times a week ( today I am off). . I am struggling with the 1200 calories. I think 1300 would work better for me especially on…
