newbie sayin hello
I am a 53 male with a goal of loosing 25 lbs. I have tried many diets. I struggle with skipping meals, and exercise. I am motivated to make this work. My daughter is on myfitnesspal, and she is loosing weight, and trimming down. I have an awards banquet mid April, and I want to get my belly trimmed down. Wsh me luck :wink:
