Hi all, this is going to sound bad (at least in my mind) but I started this 30DS for the month of march. Yeserday was my first day and I woke up this morning in soreness from that workout. Any suggestions on how to get rid of soreness (the lactic acid build up) in my legs and abs?
Does anyone know if 5 hour energy shots are bad for you if you take them on a regular basis?
