Aerobics!!!!
Okay, so I started Aerobics last month, BUT I haven't seen any results... I have been eating healthy and my meals are balanced ( I haven't updated my logs)... Has anyone done Aerobics? Have y'all lost any weight? If so, how much? Thank you!

What DVD exercises are best?
I know the 30 Day Shred is AMAZING!! Though, I want to change my routine. After the 30 Day Shred, I wanted to do the Zumba fitness, or the biggest loser DVD...any suggestions? Thanks

exercise motivation!!!!
I usually work out three times during the week in the gym, but I always feel discouraged when my boyfriend doesn't go. At first we would go together, but now I go by myself I'm feeling so discouraged. I started my dieting a week ago, and I started working out in January. Can someone help me!!! I need the motivation!! :sad:
