Anyone suggest a good waterproof activity monitor? As far as I can tell, the choices are: Polar Loop, Fitbit Flex, and Misfit. Am I missing any? Any of you have one and like it or don't? Hi everyone, I'm looking to incorporate more veggies in to my day and I want to start with breakfast. I like to put in peppers, mushrooms and spinach in to a small omelette and recently I made a sweet potato, pepper and kale "hash". What's are your favourite ways to add veggies in to breakfast or brunch??
