I dont eat particuarly badly, its late night food which is my downfall. My parents dont understand, they just think I'm eating because I'm bored. My stomach is genuinely rumbling again once its 9 o'clock! Apart from drinking lots of water, what else can I do to stop myself from snacking?
Thought I'd give this a go, to guilt me into actually seeing how much I eat a day! Im not very over weight. Im a size 12/14, but im only 5'1!
