Thought I'd give this a go, to guilt me into actually seeing how much I eat a day! Im not very over weight. Im a size 12/14, but im only 5'1!
I've been everything from a size 8 to 16 in the last 4 years. I just cant seem to keep it off... my downfall is snacking late at night, and I hate veg. And toast.
I dont have a huge aim, id just like to be a size 10/12 again, a bit more streamlined, just cant shift the last bit. Too many clothes rotting away in my wardrobe. And I cant get used to spanx!
I used to run (for about 6 weeks) but I hated it, and after I came down with flu for 2 weeks, I never got back in to it. I also had a cross trainer last year, but after moving back home I had no space for it. I do walk alot (half an hour each way to Uni 3 times a week) and Ive never had a car, so walking is my strong point!
