If I eat more for breakfast, I get hungry earlier
Why is that? Yesterday I ate 2 eggs, a cup of Kashi grain cereal with a cup of Soy Milk for about 450 calories and was hungry at around 10:30 at work. Today I ate the same cereal and soy milk but ate 3 eggs + 2 whites, prepared in the same fashion as yesterday, yet I'm hungry at 9am? Is it because my metabolism is able to…
