Flexibility issues ( doing T 25 )
Hi all. !! Looking for a bit of advice. I am on week 5 alpha T 25. I'm still Modifying a lot. But much less than at the start. May main issue isn't impact modifications., I need flexibility modifications. I am a big girl. I have a big belly and cannot touch my toes yet ;) . I can not get into a V hold or any other activity…
