Flexibility issues ( doing T 25 )

Hi all. !! Looking for a bit of advice. I am on week 5 alpha T 25. I'm still
Modifying a lot. But much less than at the start. May main issue isn't impact modifications., I need flexibility modifications. I am a big girl. I have a big belly and cannot touch my toes yet ;). I can not get into a V hold or any other activity where I need to bend and my belly is in the way. I don't know what else to do that can help me work On This obvious problem area I just watch them do it or fast forward. Scared to move on to beta next week without ideas of what I can do that involves a bit less flexibility but still works ??

  • Are you doing the Stretching workout on sunday? If you are not doing it you should really consider it because it will take off the stress of your muscle and improve your flexibility.

    If you can't do V hold, don't just skip the exercice, try to at least get your feet off the ground even if it is only a few inches. You will not improve if you skip the exercices.
