Fitness training experience - for 10 Years+. I am male, 213 lbs 97Kgs and muscular I want to get super toned and build shaped hard muscles. I prefer bodyweight exercises Can any one suggest for exercises for building hard shaped muscles. I want to get to be 83 Kgs but not loose muscle Thanks. Powerups
