Anyone recomend a month workout plan doesn't have to be super strict but just a guidline! I really wanna get fit or more fit than i am, especially in the thigh area! :/ , Im fine with most of my body but my thighs, It just seems like all my fat goes to my thighs!! especially inner thighs! Any recommendations!
